Important Information
Booking
A 50% deposit secures your booking date. The remaining 50% is payable immediately after the shoot.
If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded. Any costs incurred for purchasing film will be deducted.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible once.
Studio hire is charged separately. The minimum studio booking time is 1 hour. The studio hire duration must match the length of the shoot.
Turnaround Time
Finished photos: 7–14 days after selection.
Short videos: 5–7 days.
Long videos: by agreement.
Storage
All materials are stored for 14 days in private cloud access.
